How to Apply

How to Apply

Apply online and one of our experts will contact you and help guide you through the entire application and enrollment process.

We encourage all international students who live outside of the United States to apply at least four months prior to the start of the term to allow yourself time to arrange your visa, flights and other documentation.

Step 1: Complete the admission application

All undergraduate students are required to submit an application. We encourage you to apply by the priority date for full consideration for scholarships as well as timely immigration processing. Complete our online application form.

Step 2: Submit transcripts and proof of English proficiency

Freshman applicants (who have not attended any college or university) must submit all high school or secondary school transcripts, certificates and/or diplomas, and proof of English proficiency.

Transfer applicants must submit all college and/or university transcripts in addition to the above.

Photocopies are acceptable for application. However, students are required to present final, official copies of their transcripts and certificates before registering for classes. Official transcripts:

  • Must be sent directly by the student’s current and previous educational institutions or hand delivered in an officially sealed envelope
  • Must be furnished with certified translations when originals are not in English
  • Please provide copies of all available course descriptions and course catalogs

Step 3: Passport Information

Please submit copies of the picture page from your passport. U.S. government regulations require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months after you first enter the United States; however, we strongly recommend that your passport be valid for the duration of your study in the U.S.

By clicking on the boxes above, you are agreeing to allow ELS to process your information in accordance with these terms.
